Product Description

Hot Rolled Steel Coil (HRC) is steel processed above its recrystallization temperature — typically above 1700°F (927°C) — producing a strong, ductile coil ideal for structural applications, pipes, vehicle frames, and large fabrications. Our HRC is supplied direct from Shandong Iron & Steel Group (Shansteel), a state-owned enterprise and one of China's top-10 steel producers.

We supply HRC across all major international standards: ASTM A36 (US structural), EN 10025 S235JR / S275JR / S355JR (European), JIS G3101 SS400 (Japanese), and GB/T 700 Q235 / Q345 (Chinese). Every coil ships with EN 10204 type 3.1 mill test report including chemical composition, mechanical properties (yield, tensile, elongation), and heat number traceable to the original melt batch.

Thickness range: 1.2 mm to 25.4 mm. Width range: 600 mm to 2000 mm. Coil weight: typically 5–25 metric tons. Surface finish options: as-rolled (with mill scale), pickled & oiled (HRPO) for clean surface ready for fabrication.
