Pre-painted Steel Coil (PPGI on galvanized substrate, PPGL on galvalume) is metal coil with paint systems factory-applied via continuous coil coating lines — the highest-quality method for color-coated steel. Compared to post-fabrication painting, pre-painted offers superior adhesion, uniform thickness, and consistent appearance batch after batch.

We offer four paint systems matched to application requirements: RMP (Regular Modified Polyester) for budget-conscious projects with 5-7 year color retention; SMP (Silicon Modified Polyester) for mid-range exterior with 10-15 year retention; PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride, branded Kynar 500) for premium exterior with 20+ year retention and excellent fade resistance; HDP (High Durability Polyester) as a value alternative to PVDF.

Substrate options: GI substrate with Z120 to Z275 zinc coating (typical PPGI), or AZ100 to AZ150 galvalume substrate (PPGL — premium long-life). Color options span the full RAL chart, NCS chart, plus custom color matching to client specifications. Top coat thickness: 18-25 microns. Backer coat: 5-10 microns standard.
